Baked Creamed Corn Recipe & Calories

At every holiday meal we’ve had Baked Creamed Corn for as long back as I can remember. We still love it and include it in any special feast we share as a family.

Baked Cream Corn Recipe

Ingredients Calories
2 eggs 156
2 - 14.75 oz cans Del Monte Sweet Corn Creamed Style 401
2/3 c. skim milk 60
1/2 c. Bella Plain Toasted Bread Crumbs or other brand

1/4 tsp. salt 0
Dash of pepper 0
1 Tbsp. sugar 48
Total calories for ingredients: 885
Calories for each of 7 - 1/2 cup servings: 126

Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Beat eggs. Add corn, milk, bread crumbs, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Put into a deep casserole dish and bake for approximately 1 hour, until eggs firm up the corn and a nice skin begins to form on top.
