At every holiday meal we’ve had Baked Creamed Corn for as long back as I can remember. We still love it and include it in any special feast we share as a family.
Baked Cream Corn Recipe

Directions Beat eggs. Add corn, milk, bread crumbs, sugar, salt, and pepper. Put into a deep casserole dish and bake for approximately 1 hour, until eggs firm up the corn and a nice skin begins to form on top. |
