Twice Baked Potato RecipeI’ll bet you never thought you’d be eating a twice baked potato on a diet. As I told you, on the DIY Diet we eat everything because we calculate the number of calories in our food so that we know what we’re eating. I like twice baked potatoes, so it was one of the first foods for which I calculated the calorie count.

Bob Evans Mashed PotatoesThis meal is definitely a delicious and filling one and is under 500 calories.

It includes several different vegetables between the potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, and green peppers. If you wish to use the meal for a supper meal, add 1/2 cup of ice cream (the 120 to 130 calorie varieties) for dessert and you have a satisfying meal for under 600.

Connie's All-Purpose Dinner Salad RecipeThis salad is one of my favorite lunch or dinner meals. You can modify the salad to suit the vegetables you have in you refrigerator. You can supplement it with other foods to make it a 500-calorie lunch or a 600 to 700-calorie supper meal. You can vary the dressing.
