| 8-oz. can = | 1 cup |
| 2 tablespoons = | 1 fluid ounce |
| 16 fluid ounces = | 1 pint |
| 100 grams = | 3.215 ounces |

Google has a built-in cooking conversion calculator that is really easy to use. Do a search for "half a cup in teaspoons" and you’ll get this result:
Global Gourmet offers another conversion calculator that is helpful. Every food is different. For instance, one pound of brown sugar is 2-1/4 cups, packed, while one pound of confectioners’ sugar is 3-1/2 cups, packed, and as noted above, 1 pound of granulated sugar is 2 cups.
